How to find us

Black Forest National Park
Schwarzwaldhochstraße 2
D-77889 Seebach

Welcome to the National Park Centre

900 metres above sea level on the Ruhestein mountain pass is where a warm welcome awaits in the National Park Centre. Our team of employees will be on hand to answer all your queries on the area and its special features and provide tour tips. There, you will also be able to pick up our latest flyers, our annual programme and maps.

In a small permanent exhibition you can get important information about the national park, its geology and history as well as about the particularly protected species of the northern Black Forest.

IN 2016 the building of a new, large visitors’ centre started. It has corridors that resemble stacked tree trunks and a full-timber façade.
