Adventure Trails
The Adventure Trails belong to the most popular trails in the Black Forest National Park. This is no surprise, seeing that the visitors have the opportunity to experience the distinctive kind of nature along these three trails.
Each trail dedicates itself to a certain subject and has a unique path layout. On the Lothar Trail you cross bridges over fallen trees, on the Wilderness Trail you climb or crawl over old tree trunks and on the Lynx Trail you are able to see the forest from the perspective of a lynx. Also along the Lynx Trail you can find interesting information. So while you follow the trail both young and old take part in an educational experience as well.
Re-emerging forest
Auf dem Lotharpfad können Sie erleben, wie sich die Natur nach einem Sturm ohne menschliches Eingreifen entwickelt und mit welcher Kraft neuer Wald entsteht. Der Erlebnispfad führt über Stege, Leitern und Treppen. Eine Aussichtsplattform bietet Fernblicke über die Höhenrücken des Nordschwarzwalds und ins Tal.
Sneaking through the forest
Los geht‘s mit vielen Informationen in der Luchshütte. Zum Start ist auch gleich der Ruf der Raubkatze zu hören – die perfekte Einstimmung für den rund fünf Kilometer langen Weg. Vorbei an vielen Erlebnisstationen wandern Sie durch Wälder, in denen sich der Luchs wohlfühlen würde. Kinder können hier erleben, wie Luchse schleichen, springen, spähen und hören.
After the storm comes adventure
Der schmale Pfad führt mitten durch einen wilden Wald mit kreuz und quer liegenden Stämmen und großen Wurzeltellern. Hier können Sie beobachten, wie sich der Wald seit Orkan „Lothar“ frei entwickelt und überall neues Leben sprießt. Es geht über dicke Stämme – und auch mal darunter durch. Die schönste Gelegenheit für eine Pause bietet der Adlerhorst.
