A fascinating selection of natural images await you in the Black Forest National Park in what is one of Germany’s most famous forest landscapes: dark green forests covering gentle hills, pierced by silent moors and deep tarns, and surrounded by rugged rock formations. Views from the heath-like upland pastures stretch over the Black Forest hilltops into the vastness of the Rhine’s flood plains. The upper reaches of the wild Black Forest are home to many plants and animals including some rare varieties. You are more than welcome to experience everything but we kindly ask you to respect nature during your visit. Here you will find a number of rules for your outing to the Black Forest National Park.
